Resolved: Terrible business practice
I ordered the wrong color of one of their products so I immediately got on chat and asked them to change it. The bot told me that they couldn't change it because the order is in transit.
I said that couldn't be because it is a Sunday and I literally ordered it five minutes ago. It transferred me to a supposed "agent" and I stated my problem again. Again I got the boilder plate answer "We cannot change it or cancel it because it is now in transit.
But when you get it you can (takes 5-8 days) send it right back and it will take about 15 days to get your refund". Never use their site to order, use Amazon iinstead I will get it tomorrow.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Do Not Support Westmore Beauty or McKenzie Westmore
Do not support Westmore Beauty or the founder McKenzie Westmore. She is a narcissist who upholds racism and I have proof as I was her former social media manager on my pinned posts @OVOAlysha Twitter and Instagram.
Plus she buys her likes and followers and uses engagement groups to boost her comments and her going viral on Tiktok is a hit or miss because she has no niche and lacks consistency.
She just tries to go off the fact that she was a former actress with a famous family in makeup. I tried helping her I wrote captions, gave creative feedback, designed the look and did family history research for her Instagram page from November 2020 to February 2023.
- It is a top quality makeup and great makeup history
- Founder upholds racism and is a true narcissist
